Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting LiberNation.ca. We are committed to offering high-quality digital products and educational resources. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Templates, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before completing your purchase.

However, if you experience technical issues accessing your download or believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us at contact@libernation.ca and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If we offer print-on-demand or shipped items (e.g., merchandise), returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email contact@libernation.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Note: We do not offer returns for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.


3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll notify you once your refund has been issued.
